Locally sourced products are a priority for us at The Crested Duck. All of our meats and produce are farm raised and received directly from family owned farms within a 75 mile radius of Pittsburgh. Our kitchen equipment and other food stuffs not raised or produced locally are purchased from locally owned and operated businesses, most of which are in The Strip District.


We are proud of the relationships we have built with our suppliers. We have had the pleasure of visiting all of our farmers to see first hand the high standards they are keeping. All of the farms that we partner with subscribe to free-roaming and grazing philosophies. Their livestock never receive growth hormones and only receive antibiotics when necessary.
